People say the church these days is known more for what it’s against than for what it’s for, as a result, that’s made some people feel unwelcome - maybe because of their past, or their lifestyle, or their orientation.

At Chesterton Elim, we can’t speak for other churches but we believe passionately that everybody should feel welcome in church; so whatever it is you feel might exclude you we’d like to help you discover it doesn’t!

We’re just a small church up a side street in a working-class village and we are committed to showing God’s love to people.
